On Ringo Lake Mystery quilt

Bonnie Hunter's mysteries are so fun to sew. This one is a consentration exercise. I've got some blocks together, and today I tried to put on sashings. And I think I have to take some more time before I start that process. I had to look at many other's, and found that people struggle with how they turn the pieces.

  2. I like your color choices. I didn't do the mystery this year as I wasn't fond of the colors and when I try to pick my own, well lets just say I need a little guidance in that area!

  10. Lovely colours! I decided not to do the mystery this year but have been watching from the sidelines. One of the reasons was that coral/peach colour that Bonnie chose. I had so few scraps that fitted that description that I would have ended up buying fabric - which is not a good idea when you are trying to use scraps!
